Core Capabilities:
- Advanced CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect)
- Experience leading large-scale CRM implementation or migration projects
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Expertise in data governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience with multiple CRM platforms and cross-platform integration strategies
- Background in enterprise architecture or solutions architecture
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM solutions, focusing on architecture, scalability, and performance
- Architect and implement advanced customizations, integrations, and automations within CRM platforms
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and design patterns for CRM development
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Drive innovation by researching and recommending new CRM technologies and approaches
- Lead the development of complex integrations between CRM and enterprise systems
- Design and implement data models and migration strategies for large-scale CRM implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in architectural review boards and technical planning sessions
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality across CRM development projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for enterprise CRM solutions
Additional Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in CRM development and implementation
- Advanced expertise in at least one major CRM platform (Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Mastery of relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Apex, C#, JavaScript, .NET)
- Extensive experience with API development, system integrations, and middleware solutions
- Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and SQL
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level CRM architectures
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of CRM applications
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $175,000
