Senior Visual Designer

We’re currently looking for a passionate and creative Senior Visual Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will partner with our design leaders and team to conceptualize, conceive, adapt and execute designs in different forms—website design, UI design, digital marketing design and more. You will play an integral role in the creative development of all visual touch points and be able to combine a passion for beautiful design with an obsession for pixel-perfect attention to detail. Core Capabilities: 

• Well-versed in Figma
• Animation experience
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and ability to take direction and shift gears quickly
• Great communication, both verbal and written
• Team player both internally and cross-functionally

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling concepts, visual designs and prototypes
• Produce UI mockups and click-through demos, using GIFs or animated screens where necessary
• Explore creative trends and styles
• Startup environment: we are innovating every day. Team members must be comfortable/willing to be uncomfortable in unknown territory, be willing to try new things, ideate and problem-solve together
   

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in design, with an emphasis on graphic design, product design and/or user interface
• Expertise in layout, typography and color
• 2-3 years of specific UI experience
• Experience in fashion or beauty is a plus! (Not required)

The compensation range for this role is $120K.
