You’ll play a key role in evolving our web experiences by building dynamic pages, implementing scalable code solutions, and collaborating across teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. Responsibilities:

Web Development Leadership

• Develop and maintain custom web and landing pages using Webflow.
   
• Establish and implement scalable development standards and architectural best practices.
   
• Build reusable components and custom code solutions to enhance site performance and flexibility.
   

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, brand, and product teams to bring campaigns and digital experiences to life.
   
• Architect technical solutions that support marketing goals and drive conversion.
   
• Provide high-level recommendations on frameworks, tools, and integrations.
   

Site Content Execution

• Support homepage and gallery content updates, working across dozens of category pages.
   
• Ensure consistency and polish across all template pages and site modules.
   

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building websites in Webflow
   
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive web design principles
   
• Deep knowledge of Webflow site architecture, CMS structure, and dynamic interactions
   
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write custom code
   
• Experience in a visually dynamic environment focused on user engagement and composable design
   
• Bonus: Experience building email templates
   
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong visual sensibility
   
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts in plain language
   
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The compensation range for this role is $60-100K.
