Evite is looking for a Senior Retention Marketing Manager to help drive strategic efforts across all email campaigns. This individual will collaborate with internal subject matter experts across the organization to plan and execute campaigns in support of our email and paid social initiatives while effectively focusing on brand awareness and event creation.  ​

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Evite Communications and Creative team to develop, communicate, execute and optimize marketing campaigns that effectively drive brand awareness and create events
  • Gather data/insights from industry leaders on strategic efforts (based on KPIs) and then collaborate across organization to help execute the campaigns
  • Develop and manage the Marketing and Sales email launch calendar
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure that the email product that they are selling is competitive and enticing for clients
  • Analyze existing marketing programs and implement operational improvements to drive effectiveness/efficiency
  • Identify and execute on new marketing and sales opportunities within the email program
  • Create, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns that increase conversion and generate revenue for the business
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business intelligence, product and tech teams on analysis and testing to make strategic recommendations to grow programs or products
  • Work with BI/Analytics to confirm proper tagging and measurement is in place for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor performance, to optimize efforts accordingly
  • Establishing, tracking and assuring adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaign and marketing objectives
  • Manage one (1) Marketing Coordinator
  • Other duties as defined by the Director of Online Marketing

Other Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of retention marketing experience with an e-commerce brand, with a majority of that experience being in email marketing and paid social. Experience with subscription marketing is a plus.
  • Strong experience working in email marketing and managing a top-tier vendor (Cheetah Digital, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
  • Able to help define and gather objectives/KPIs and effectively build and deliver impactful marketing programs
  • Past experience interacting and strategizing with executive-level teams
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives with high attention to detail
  • Ability to make data-based decisions using Google Analytics/Tableau
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
