Marketing Intern

The ideal candidate will work very closely with various Evite team members. The key functions of the role will be a combination of project management, marketing, and forming relationships with current and prospective Evite users. The successful candidate must be a self starter who can self motivate in an ambiguous environment. Come join the party!

Core Capabilities: 

• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in conducting market research and keeping meticulous records

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential product users and where they are best reached
• Reach out to prospective product users through various channels such as email, phone calls, in-person meetings, physical flyers, etc..
• Engage in conversations with potential users to understand their needs and inform our Product Team so we can tailor product benefits to their specific use cases
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the product
• Ability to be self-directed and self motivated
• Network with relevant users & industry professionals to build relationships and explore product adoption opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and overall company goals
• Provide regular updates on outreach activities and results
• Maintain a centralized document that outlines progress
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization in our outreach strategy
• Support with influencer marketing outreach,  social media management and possibly events
• Other tasks as assigned
   

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Willingness to attend in-office and offsite meetings as necessary
• Comfortable with various modes of communication: Phone, Email, Social Media (IG, TikTok, etc..)
• Familiar with the following workplace tools (Email, Slack, and Google Sheets)

The compensation for this role is $20/hr.
