We are looking for people who will contribute to our mission of bringing people together to celebrate their most important life moments. Evite’s Sales team is seeking a Account Coordinator to assist in the development and day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all pre-sale initiatives including research pulls, inventory review, development of
  • RFP (Requests for Proposal) and agency templates
  • Assist with Salesforce data entry on behalf of Sales
  • Reserve Sponsorships and manage associated Sponsorship Calendar
  • Review incoming Purchase Orders, cross check media plan for alignment and enter into OMS
  • Research industry trends and provide bi-weekly report out
  • Assist Account Strategists during Campaign launch by creating delivery report template, taking screenshots once live (when applicable)
  • Assist with Custom Creative Project Management
  • Fulfill additional ad hoc requests to support Account Strategy on campaigns

Other Preferred Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience or relevant internships, ideally in sales, marketing, advertising, or
  • communications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Marketing or Business (or other related fields)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Google’s suite of products
  • High-energy individual who is a team player
  • Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
