Come party with a million people a day celebrating important events in their lives! Evite, the world’s leading digital platform, is looking for a passionate and creative Manager of Data Analysis (Marketing), to join our team in Los Angeles reporting to the Senior Director of Data and Monetization.

You will be a key member of the Data and Monetization team which is responsible for on-going monitoring of business performance/drivers, marketing channel performance, AB testing and web analytics/tagging.  As part of the team, you will deliver web and marketing campaign performance analysis and insights that will educate and influence Marketing and business decision-making. 

In this versatile role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing team to measure the success of email and digital channels in driving user acquisition/retention and will dig into user behavior to make recommendations about how to iterate and improve performance.

Core Capabilities:

  • Extensive web analytics experience in Google Analytics, e.g., funnel analysis, segment creation, UTM parameter creation, etc. to help us accurately measure marketing channel and site performance. 
  • Able to provide the marketing organization with the necessary analytics to deliver insights that impact marketing decisions, optimizations, and investments.
  • Proven track record of using SQL to turn raw data into meaningful, actionable analysis, presenting to stakeholders, and driving value for the business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the development of campaign and channel measurement strategies.
  • Conduct analysis by writing advanced SQL coding to deliver key reports and insights to help drive business decision making.
  • Build and manage digital growth marketing performance reports in Tableau 
  • Analyze A/B test findings and conducting follow on deep dives to drive actionable insights
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to expand user acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Audit the quality and cleanliness of collected data by reviewing website code
  • Create presentation reports that present data in an easy to understand format encompassing statistics, graphs, and other tools as needed.
  • Continually evaluate and recommend possible marketing changes and point out insights to the marketing team that could positively impact the overall marketing/lead generation/optimization strategy.

 

Other Preferred Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or operational analysis
  • Extensive experience in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., SalesForce, Cheetahmail, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Platform)
  • Marketing channel measurement, marketing attribution, and marketing/sales funnel analytics with a deep understanding of digital media metrics and data.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Data ETL experience would be an asset 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
